Prof. Hiroshi Motoda is a Scientific Advisor and Program Manager and He is also a Professor Emeritus at Osaka University and a Guest Professor for the Institute of Scientific and Industrial Research at Osaka University. He was a Visiting Professor at the University of New South Wales. Prof. Hiroshi Motoda¡¯s research interests include Artificial Intelligence, machine learning in general, data mining, knowledge discovery and scientfic discovery, and knowledge acquisition from expert.
Together with Prof. Tu-Bao Ho and Prof. Zhi-Hua Zhou, Prof. Motoda organized the first special issue for IJSI (Vol.3, No.1) in 2009.
