SCOPE OF THE JOURNAL

IJSI focuses on international academic exchanges on the development of software technology and informatics, especially providing a platform for giving international publicity to China’s latest research achievements in the field of software and informatics. IJSI focuses on the theoretical foundation and practical research of software techniques; submissions in other areas of computer science are also welcome. The principal topics of IJSI include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
Computer Software, Theoretical Computer Science, Network and Information Security, Formal Methods, Artificial Intelligence, Multi-Media Techniques, Interdisciplinary Areas (including Quantum Informatics, Bioinformatics, Neuro-Informatics, Cognitive Science, etc.), Computer Aided Applications (including Graphic and Image Processing, Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, etc. ), Database.

PEER REVIEW POLICY OF IJSI

All submissions must go through an anonymous peer review process. Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. We ask all reviewers to adhere to the strictest principles of scientific publishing. All reviews should be finished in a relatively short period of time.
Enhanced versions of papers previously published in conference proceedings may be considered provided they are of particularly high quality or include substantially new material. Any such submission should be accompanied with a declaration on where and when it has been published.  
Authors will be notified about each review result together with reviewers’ comments and suggestions. All authors should revise the manuscript by carefully reading the comments/suggestions of reviewers. When resubmitting the revised manuscript, authors should prepare a detailed list of revision, explaining item by item how the reviewers’ critiques are taken into consideration. 

DECLARATION ABOUT PLAGIARISM

IJSI firmly opposes any form of plagiarism. Authors who submit manuscripts to IJSI should confirm the originality and legality of the content of the manuscript. It should be ensured that the manuscript is neither completely or partially published in any other publications in any language, nor reviewed by any other  publications for publication purposes during the review process of IJSI.
1. Authors should provide an accurate description of the original research and an objective argument about the work's importance. The manuscript should meet the relevant requirements as stated in the "Instructions for Contributions" of IJSI.
2.Authors must not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal or conference  at the same time (no duplicate submission). The manuscripts describing the same research should not be published in multiple journals (no redundant publication).
3. Authors should confirm all sources of data used in their research and cite publications that have had an impact in their research work.
4. Authors should be limited to the persons who have made significant contributions to the research conception, design, implementation, or interpretation of the report, and the researchers who have made significant contributions must be listed as co-authors.

SUBMISSION TO THE JOURNAL

All manuscripts must be submitted in English. Each manuscript should have title, abstract, keywords and a reference list of literature. Manuscripts must be submitted electronically as PDF, PS, or Word format. The electronic submission system of IJSI is under construction. PUBLICATION FEE

There will be no page charge if the paper is finally accepted, neither will there be any honorary for reviewers. A limited number of reprints will be provided to the authors.
